The students can register online through the websiteĀ /Ā 

The following steps shall be followed:

Note: All fields marked with * are mandatory

Step 1- Click on the REGISTER NOW button on the left side of the home page.

 

 

Step 2- For new registration, click on the NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION button on the bottom left.

 

 

Step 3- After entering your name, e-mail id and mobile number in the new page, press the verify buttonĀ 

 

 

Step 4- An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number

 

Step 5- Type the OTP in the Enter OTP area and then click on the SUBMIT OTP button

 

 

Step 6- On successful submission of OTP, you will receive the username and password on your mobile number and e-mail.

 

Step 7- You will be redirected back to the login page. You are required to enter the login credentials that you have received on your registered mobile number and e-mail.

 

 

 

Step 8- You will be required to complete 4 steps that appear on the left side of your home page.

 

 

Step 9- Click on ā€˜Step 1: Basic Profileā€™. Read the instructions carefully before filling the form. Agree to the terms and conditions by the checking the box and click SUBMIT button.

 

 

 

Step 10- A new page will appear on your screen where you will be required to enter your basic details. Click on ‘Save’ after entering and checking that all the details filled in by you are correct.Ā 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 11- After successfully adding the BASIC DETAILS, ā€˜Step 2: Institution & Arrivalā€™ page will appear. You will have to fill in details about your Institution and the arrival details in this page. ā€˜Saveā€™ the form once you enter all the required information.

 

 

 

Step 12- In the next page, the student has to upload her/his photograph, principalā€™s recommendation and signature. Only the photograph of the student is mandatory, latter two are optional.

 

 

To view/download the format of Principalā€™s recommendation letter, click on the DOWNLOAD button on the bottom right on the Home page.

 

 

Step 13- Your application needs to be approved by the Legislature Secretariat before proceeding to the payment page.

 

Step 14- Upon getting approval from the Legislature Secretariat, you will get an Application Number which can be used to make your payment through SBI Collect.

 

Step 15- An SMS and e-mail confirmation will be sent on successful completion of registration.

 

Step 16- Upon producing Confirmation Letter in the venue, you can collect the ID card and Information Kit.
